Privacy - Location When In Use Usage Description

How do I include a reason for requesting a user’s location in Ionic Pro? App store rejected because of this. I know how to do it in XCode ( -Info.plist), but how do I add it in Ionic Pro build? Any pointers will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
