Deviceready has not fired after 5 seconds, with ionic emulate on iOS simulator

Hi

I have this error deviceready has not fired after 5 seconds. when I try to emulate my ionic app on the iOS simulator using this command:

$ionic emulate -l -c --target='iPhone-5s, 9.1' --debug ios

Can you help me please ? I can't debug my app...
