I don’t think that’s possible, because package.json is strictly responsible for the local project. I’m starting to get the sense that this is a (very) old project that has been upgraded in place. If that’s true, it might be worthwhile to spawn a completely new project and parachute your existing app source into it.
If you instead want to still hacking around on this existing one, typescript looks like the first thing I would worry about. It looks very old. My current Ionic projects are using 3.7.5.
