Chrome keeps on reloading

Hello there,

I have been avoiding this from the beginning of my project, but now I need to test on it on my Macbook but find it is impossible to do so because it keeps on refreshing. I have no idea why. Files, images and css keeps on saving whilst I try to test on my login.

this is what I see whenever I use chrome devetools.
