Live update error that I can't find reference

The error that I am getting is below

Unable to update live reload: Error: Invalid protocol: proxy.example.com:

I am not sure why this is happening.

I am currently running 9.1 iOS.

Ionic version is 1.7.12

Any suggestion would be appreciated.
