Video compression with cordova

Hey everyone, i'm trying to compress the capture video size with video editor plugin . At the time of editing change quality to Low-quality. It has a 320*320 resolution, but my requirement change bit rate with change resolution of video.

I'm using plugin --> cordova plugin add https://github.com/jbavari/cordova-plugin-video-editor.git

please help to solve problem .
