After a lot of googling, I finally came across a list of supported plugins by Ionic View. You can find that list here: http://docs.ionic.io/v1.0/docs/view-usage
As you may notice, that list is pretty short. Also, it does not support the ImagePicker.
There is a GitHub issue where you can request additional plugins, although I don't see a lot of activity based on the requests. You can find that GitHub issue here: https://github.com/driftyco/ionic-view-issues/issues/15
I also wanted ImagePicker to be supported by Ionic View, but it looks like I should not hold my breath...I requested support anyways...
