Validate email field with Firebase data!

I have a similar implementation working, although with the custom validator in a separate file. It doesn’t use Firestore but it may help you. Also you might need to reverse { nameAvailable: true } to { nameUsed: true }, as I think Angular needs the value to be true to consider it an error (I’m talking from memory, might be wrong).

Here’s my article, I hope it helps!

Best,
Rodrigo

from what I saw, apparently it is an ionic issue, because it compiles all the scss in the same field, and does not respect the owner file.
Then, there is no solution. :frowning:

If you find any solution, please paste it here.

if you are working on mac osx, you can do it with homebrew (= package manager), e.g.:

brew update
brew install gradle
brew search gradle
brew switch gradle 4.8

App uses old deployed code and won't update to new one

They dowloading the old version, even if they have the latest instaled because the app is listening the latest verision on the chanel, if you update the chanel the users can update from ionic, i think that thats is the idea, update the chanels instead upload new version to the stores.

Refused to apply style from ‘’ because its MIME type (‘text/html’) is not a supported stylesheet MIME type, and strict MIME checking is enabled.

No idea, I would personally not use any external UI kit but I guess you’ve got your reasons. Just a side note, don’t create duplicate like you just did please, would be cool how to use primeNG with ionic 3?

Deeplinking ionic NavController

Hello,

I’m trying to use the deeplinking plugin with navcontroller in my app.component buy it doesn’t work.
In fact it’s always redirect me on the homepage.

What’s wrong with this code?

this.deeplinks.route({
          '/login': LoginPage,
          '/post/:postId': PostPage
        }).subscribe(match => {
          this.navCtrl.push(match.$route, match.$args)
        }, nomatch => {
          // nomatch.$link - the full link data
          console.error('Got a deeplink that didn\'t match', nomatch);
        });

Thanks
Maxime
