Remove Cordova Plugins From Web App prod build

Hello.
I am building a simple progressive web app using ionic-2. I need to access camera from my mobile app so i have installed the camera plugin.But When the application is used as an web app i am hiding the camera related buttons.But I need the production build for mobile app including camera plugin and web app without camera plugin.It would be useful if i am able to get the prod build files without including the camera plugin files.Can somebody please guide me.
